Online Check Procedures

All Rosters are frozen as of May 29, 2024, the Roster Freeze Date.  Documents will be verified on May 30, 2024.  No write in players will be allowed.  Players that do not appear on the match report will not be allowed to play.  You are provided generous rostering ability to account for contingencies.  Please ensure that all players are loaded into TGS and that a PDF Copy of your official Roster and a copy of all player cards are loaded.  If there is any controversy as to a player’s eligibility, the documents loaded into TGS before the Roster Freeze Date will control.

All teams will check in with the referees at the field.  There is no need to check in at the facility.  As we will be verifying rosters prior to the event, there will be no need to check-in at the facility that you play. Check-in will occur with the Referee Crew at the field. Referees will be checking in players against the match card prior to each game that each team has no more than the max roster amount and that there are NO written in players on the game card.

All Jersey Numbers must be entered into the system.

For Recreational teams that do not have player cards you will need an official roster from your organizing body.  As you do not have player cards, you will upload your official roster to both the roster and player card section of your team documents.  The roster should have pictures of the players and birthdates.  If you are not able to obtain a roster with photos, please be prepared to prove identity and birth date at the event if asked.  Further, recreational teams must complete and upload the #R002 form located here - https://usclubsoccer.org/forms-documents/ - as US Club soccer is our sanctioning event, this is required for all recreational players.  This form should be uploaded to your team documents section on TGS and you should bring the hard copies to the event.
